WHAT IS A SEWER SCOPE INSPECTION?

A sewer scope inspection is a type of inspection that is used to examine the condition of a property's sewer line. During the inspection, a specialized camera is inserted into the sewer line to capture video footage of the interior of the pipe.

A  sewer scope is a video inspection of the lateral sewer line leading from the house at/near the foundation and connecting to the city or HOA  tap or septic tank. A sewer line is often one of the most costly things to repair in a home. This service verifies the condition of the sewer pipe under the home and yard and can also locate exactly where deficiencies are found in the pipe. A narrated video and also a written report are included.
